We are looking for a compassionate licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in California City and other areas!
We are both a home health and hospice care agency seeking to hire RNs, who are experienced, motivated, and capable of working independently at the patients’ homes to do either home health or hospice care. Multi-lingual clinician's speakers are preferred, but not required.
During our years in business, we have grown to become a very strong company with a good patient referral base, steady and adequate staffing, compassionate, and maintain a high quality of care and service to our patients.
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Perform specialized procedures such as treatments, exams and dementia care.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and maintain up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
- Valid license as a RN in the state of California.
- Proven experience in providing patient care across various medical specialties.
- Knowledge of documentation requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Reliable method of transportation
- Eligible for Employment in the United States
- Good command of the English language, both speaking and writing
